April Update

Two more from the Midwest will go to Chita to teach English this summer.

Joining Marie Nicholas in Chita this summer, JOHN CRUST of Winnipeg, Manitoba (Canadian and US citizen) and JANET STEWART of Minneapolis will teach for the DIPLOMAT language school in Chita. The school is holding four 2-3 week sessions and between John and Janet, three of those sessions will have a native speaker helping enrich the excellent teaching of the staff.

Janet Stewart is Academic and Visa Services Specialist in the Learning Abroad Center at the University of Minnesota. A Russian linguist, her studies included work at Moscow State University and Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in Kazakhstan.

John Crust is a journalist and will visit Israel and Poland before making his way to Zabaikalye at the end of June.
